I've been dating a sex therapist, and I have to say, she's always trying to get to the root of the problem.

But honestly, I think she's just projecting her work onto me.

My wife said I need to be more hands-on around the house.

I told her I'm happy to help, but she usually wants me to 'drill down' in a very specific area.

My new personal trainer told me she wanted me to really get down and dirty on the mat. She said I needed to get on my hands and knees, arch my back, and then slowly push and pull, making sure to really get deep into it for a full range of motion.

...I never knew yoga could be so intense.
